When does the calendar come out?
A new calendar is released a day or two before the next month begins. Once you set up your login on hcotf.com, you will be able to access the calendar at our leisure.
Where do I start?
There are options on the calendar for everyone at every level. If you are brand new to strength, commit to 10 minutes of core everyday and begin to add on as you get more comfortable. You do NOT have to do every class each day, I provide options for your time constraints. This is a “pick your own journey” book, a buffet menu and you pick what you want and hustle
What if I miss a day?
If you skip a day, continue on with the calendar as it is programmed for specific rest days.
Where is the cardio?
I do not assign cardio. However, I do provide suggested rides located on the calendar. If you prefer to run or walk as your cardio, I LOVE that and you can easily do the same type of suggested run as the ride provided. Whether you do cardio or strength first, it is a personal preference. There are benefits to doing it both ways and everyone is different. Moreover, if you need to break up your workout time, that’s absolutely fine and won’t effect your gains. Pressing play and doing a workout whenever during the day is 10000% better than not doing it at all.
I need more rest!
You do not need to do all 7 days, I simply just provide enough options for people since everyone’s on a different schedule and their bodies respond differently. Add in your rest and active recovery days as you see fit, again there is no one right answer for everyone. We all take rest days and they look different to everyone. Someone may want a full day off while someone else prefers to do some yoga and a low impact ride.
